Beginning Wednesday, October 9, 2024, Salado Water Supply will participate with Central Texas Water Supply Corporation, Kempner Water Production Plant and TCEQ in a chlorine conversion from free chlorine to chloramine disinfectant.
This will affect all customers on surface water.
Persons dependent on dialysis machines should contact a medical facility to determine if additional precautions are required for medical equipment. In addition, if you have a fish tank, you will need to make sure the chemicals or filters you’re using are designed for use with chloramines.

Customers affected will be all customers at 3484 W. Amity and eastward including customers on Lark Trail, St. Matthew, St. Luke, St. Peter, St. Mark, Smith Dairy Road, Eagle Ranch Subdivision and QT convenience store.
This will also include Rose Ln, Yellow Rose Subd, Rangers Promise, Capps Branch, Eddie Vale Subd. to 3011 Hester Way, Grandview Dr., DR Horton Subd, Woodland Bend Rd, Parkview Dr, Northcross Dr and Saddle Bluff.

Beginning Wednesday, September 4, 2024 and continuing until Friday, October 4, 2024, Salado Water Supply will participate with Central Texas Water Supply Corporation and TCEQ in a chlorine conversion from chloramine disinfectant to free chlorine disinfectant in order to obtain a more consistent disinfection throughout the system.

Stage 1 Voluntary Water Restrictions

Due to recent rains, we are going in to Stage 1 Voluntary Water Restrictions. We are requesting watering no more that twice per week as follows and not between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. This is subject to change.
Odd addresses - Tuesdays and Fridays.
Even addresses - Wednesdays and Saturdays.
